For years my daughter Makenzie has told me that I needed to start a blog. Not knowing much about blogging or being very tech savvy, I didn’t know where to begin. I finally agreed, but under one condition- I wanted to do the blog with my daughters.

The Hunter Girls Blog is dedicated to everything we create and everything we love to do. We believe that life is so much more fun when you do it yourself. From trying new recipes and chalk painting, to college and traveling, life is what you make it.

We hope you enjoy our blog!

Roni Hunter:  I married my best friend 29 years ago,  I am a mother of four, proud grandmother of three, running is my therapy, and my creative outlet is working on events, gifting, and crafting with my girls. In my spare time I like to experiment in the kitchen and try new recipes that I can share with family and friends. I love planning events including weddings, dabbling in photography, and sewing.

Makenzie Hunter Hardy: I graduated from Utah State in December 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Journalism and Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. We recently moved to Houston after my husband Todd finished Grad School at UNC in Chapel Hill. Our son Theo just turned one, and he is the center of our lives. We also have two pets, a dog named Boston and a cat named Beanie. My husband and I love to travel, even quick weekend trips, and we try to take our trips on a small budget. I love trying new recipes, going for long runs, reading, creative writing, hunting for good deals, and I am currently trying to get better at sewing.

Dani Hunter: For me, working at making things beautiful is both a hobby and a job. I received a Cosmetology Degree in June 2011 and I currently cut, color, and style the hair of my willing victims in between my other jobs of working for a dental office and being a full-time mother to my wonderful daughters. I was married to Cameron Hunter in December of 2010, and we have two little girls, Elle and Sutton.  I greatly enjoy many varieties of crafting, especially graphic design, and I have loved the culinary arts since I was very young.  My baking specialty is and has always been dessert and I am continually looking for new recipes to test.

Sheridan Hunter: I love all aspects of fashion and current trends, and am addicted to running. After graduating high school, I attended Utah Valley University for a few years, taking courses in nutrition and health. During that time, I also spent a year in Italy. More recently, I've become determined to master the DIY life of cooking and crafting, things which do not come naturally me. My dream is to continue to pursue my love of travel. Follow along, learn, and laugh with me.

Taylor Hunter Money:  I married my husband Golden Money (yes, that is his real name) on July 30, 2016. For 18 months, I served as a full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the New York, Rochester Mission. I love spending time outdoors with my husband. I'm still working on getting into the swing of things and balancing college and blogging. I am majoring in Composite Social Studies at Utah State University in hopes of becoming a high school history teacher once I graduate.
